ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders (both shipped and in-store pickup) are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow additional time for orders placed during new arrival and drop releases.
  • Style Staple essentials are processed slightly differently as they are restocked weekly. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed.
  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once completed. Requests for changes in size and/or color will result in cancellation of the entire order.
  • All inventory on the website is real time and matches the inventory in our store.

shipping process & INFORMATION

In-Stock items are shipped immediately after the order is processed. Pre-order items or items with listed shipping dates are shipped according to the date provided on the product page. Addtional information on pre-orders can be found here.

All communication related to your order will be sent to the email address used within your order. Please add support@averiandblake.com as an email contact to ensure that our emails are properly received.

All orders will be shipped via USPS Mail.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email and or SMS message, including a USPS tracking number. Please track your package through that message, the Shopify mobile app or USPS.com. Please note: USPS tracking timestamps are not updated in real-time. Allow at least 24 hours to allow your tracking number to be updated.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your package to be received. Allow additional time during holidays & busy mail periods. Should you have an issue with your delivery, you may contact us for assistance, but please contact USPS first. Averi & Blake is not responsible for delivery delays, as your package is now within USPS transport.
